Pancakes with Ambrosia™ apples

For a very special breakfast

Start your day with a sweet temptation... the smell of freshly baked pancakes, the acidity of yoghurt, plenty of maple syrup and the unique and unmistakable taste of an Ambrosia™ apple with chia and sunflower seeds.

Preparation

It's that easy!

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon to get a smooth batter. Let rest for a few minutes.

In the meantime, heat a non-stick or cast-iron pan over medium heat and add 3 teaspoons of clarified butter.

Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter into the pan. Turn the pancake when the surface begins to rise and you can see bubbles. Bake until golden yellow on both sides.

Put one teaspoon of clarified butter in the pan and bake the next pancake. Repeat until all the batter is used up. Serve the pancakes hot with Ambrosia™ apple slices, yoghurt, seeds and lots of maple syrup.
