What could be better than enjoying a good, healthy breakfast in the morning? Oat flakes, coconut water, coconut milk, spicy ginger and the pleasant acidity of raspberries combined with sweet Ambrosia™ apples.

Coconut water (or still mineral water)
Coconut milk (canned)
Grated Ambrosia™ apple
Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
It's that easy!
Put grated apple, ginger, oat flakes, coconut water and coconut milk in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until you get a creamy porridge.
Cook raspberries over low heat in a non-stick pan until all the liquid is evaporated. Then stir in sugar and cook for another minute.
Serve the porridge (hot or lukewarm) with the raspberry sauce, fresh raspberries and coconut flakes.
